All our services are delivered online or as digital downloads. We do not ship any physical products, so there are no shipping charges and nothing is sent by post or courier.

If something hasn’t arrived

- Make sure the email address you entered at checkout was correct.
- If you still can’t find it, email info@finbarrbuckley.com with your name and the date of purchase. We will resend it within 1 working day.
Access requirements
To take part in live sessions, you need a stable internet connection and a computer, tablet or phone with a camera and microphone. Workbooks are PDF files that open on any device with a PDF reader.
International customers
Our services can be accessed from anywhere in the world. Workshop times are shown in GMT (or BST when UK summer time applies) on the booking page and in your confirmation email. Please check the time in your own time zone.
